Services. However, if you prefer not to place order on the Internet, we also

Security
All orders and
credit card information are accepted over a secure environment. SohoDecor.com
uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, is widely accepted as the most
secure technology available. Please be very careful when you type in your
Billing Street Address, Zip Code and the Security Code on the back, our Address
Verify System will match if the
information is the same as the credit card billing address. It takes extra time
for us to verify with you again either by e-mailing you or calling you to get
your written authorization back if it does not match.
Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card
information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No
unsolicited mailings or phone calls will be made. If you are uncomfortable
providing your phone number, please enter 555-555-5555 in the phone number
field. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal
updates and sale information only.
Order Processing
After you've
completed your order, please print a copy and keep it for your records. This
print-out will contain your order number, necessary when corresponding with us
regarding your order. Your will receive an automatic e-mail with shipping
confirmation when your order has shipped.

We use FedEx Home
Delivery Service & USPS (or ground service for commercial
delivery) as our Standard Shipping methods, FedEx Express 2nd Day Air as our
Express Shipping method. The Shipping rates for express shipping method are automatically calculated in
real time by the total weight of products and destination zip code. Below are

Shipping Info
We try our best to
ship your order as early as possible. Orders will be shipped within 3~4 business
days. We usually collect all the orders at 8:00 PM and try our best to pack
those orders at night and get ready for the FedEx driver to pickup the next day.
However, for some items that need special final touch, there may be an
additional time of up to a maximum 2 days before it is shipped, that's why some
orders may experience the maximum of 4 days lead time. If you need to have your
package arrive on any special day, Please note that in the comment field during
checkout, we will reply to you with our suggestions if you need to choose 2 day
air delivery or even next day delivery.
If package is sent to an unsafe area, Please let us know by leaving a message in
the comment field during checkout. We will manually adjust the shipping charge
for adding either "Signature Required" or "Hold For Pick-Up" Add-on services.
Customer is responsible for lost package after it is delivered.
If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock we will notify you by
e-mail immediately.
Delivery Area
We ship anywhere in
the U.S. (orders from Alaska, Hawaii, APO address and Puerto Rico are shipped
via USPS only). Correct shipping charges will be confirmed to you, the customer
after we receive your order. If your order is going to a P.O. Box we need your
credit card billing address information to process and complete the transaction
with your credit card company.
Tax
All orders shipped
to a California address will have 8.25% sales tax automatically added to the
total amount.
Return
We have personally
selected our products with care and are sure that you will be delighted with our
products. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase,
you can return or exchange it any time within 14 days. Please contact us by
e-mailing to service@sohodecor.com providing your order information and reason
for return, we'll do our best to resolve the situation. If you are planning to
return the item, we will provide you with the Return Address and a Return
Authorization (RA) Number, which you will need along with the original packing
slip for your return. No returns will be accepted without authorization and will
be rejected. All returned merchandise must be returned in new condition in the
original packaging.
For your protection, please send the package via UPS or FedEx to make sure the
item is not damaged or lost in transit. We regret that shipping charges, clearance items
and items with extra discount arranged are not refundable / returnable.
Damages
If an item is
damaged in transit, please tell us immediately within 3 days. Re-pack the item using all of
the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with the carrier
and the item will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the damaged
item, we will either issue a credit to your account or replace the
item per the customer's request.
